Hubble Bubble is distributed on Steam, and its multiplayer runs through Steam peer-to-peer networking. When you play, the game reads the following information from the Steam client already running on your machine:

• Your Steam ID, profile name, and avatar. These are used to create and join lobbies and to show the other players in your session who you are.
• Session network data. Positions, inputs, and game state are exchanged between players in your session to keep the game synchronized.

This information is exchanged directly between the players in your session and Valve's Steam services. Parita Games operates no game servers and receives no copy of it.

The game includes in-game voice chat between players in the same session. Voice is transmitted live to those players and is not recorded, stored, or processed by Parita Games.

You can disable your microphone at any time through the in-game settings or your operating system.

Your progress and settings are stored locally on your device and, if enabled, through Steam Cloud. Steam Cloud is provided by Valve and covered by Valve's privacy policy.

You can remove this data at any time by uninstalling the game and clearing its Steam Cloud storage.

paritagames.com is a static website that doesn't ask you for anything. It uses no advertising or social tracking pixels. The only measurement tool on the site is Google Analytics 4.

Analytics cookies

Google Analytics sets a small number of cookies, including the _ga family, so repeat visits from the same browser aren't counted twice. The information we view is aggregated: page views, which pages are read, approximate country, and device type.

We don't use analytics for advertising, remarketing audiences, or profiling. A notice appears on your first visit and remains until you dismiss it. Your dismissal is remembered in your browser's local storage, not through a cookie we read.

Opting out

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, use private browsing, or install Google's official Analytics opt-out add-on. Any Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal is respected where your browser blocks the relevant request.

Nothing on this site stops working if analytics is blocked.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request data such as your IP address, browser user agent, and requested URL to deliver the page and protect the service from abuse.

Fonts are served through Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads.

If you email us, we keep your message and email address for as long as necessary to respond.

• Vercel Inc. for website hosting.
• Google LLC for the web fonts used on this site and Google Analytics 4, which measures site traffic. Google acts as our processor for analytics data and is covered by its own privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on two legal bases. Reading your Steam identity and exchanging session data is necessary to perform the contract you enter into when you buy and play the game, because multiplayer would not work without it.

Keeping the website online and protected from abuse is based on our legitimate interest in operating a functioning service.

Website analytics is based on your consent where consent is required and otherwise on our legitimate interest in understanding whether anyone reads the pages we publish. You can withdraw consent at any time by blocking the cookies as described above.

There is no profiling and no automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

We don't maintain a player database, so there is no gameplay data on our side to retain.

Session data exists only while a session is running. Save data remains on your device and in Steam Cloud until you delete it. Emails you send us are kept for as long as the conversation remains useful and deleted when they are no longer needed.

Vercel's standard request logs are retained according to its normal retention schedule. Google Analytics keeps user-level data for up to 14 months and aggregate reports beyond that.

The site is served over HTTPS only, with HSTS and a restrictive set of security headers.

Because we store no player accounts or payment information, there is no such database on our side to breach. Purchases are handled entirely by Valve.

When you play the game or visit the site, data may be processed in those regions under the safeguards published by those providers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable.

Hubble Bubble is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Steam account eligibility is governed by Valve.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to its processing. These rights apply under the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, and under KVKK (Law No. 6698) in Türkiye.

Because we operate no game servers and hold no player accounts, most data connected to you is held by Valve or stored on your own device.

If the game or website starts doing something this policy doesn't cover, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top.
