Hubble Bubble is distributed on Steam and its multiplayer runs on Steam peer to peer networking. When you play, the game reads the following from the Steam client already running on your machine:

• Your Steam ID, profile name and avatar. Used to create and join lobbies and to show the other players in your session who you are.
• Session network data. Positions, inputs and game state, exchanged between the players in your session so that the game stays in sync.

This is exchanged directly between the players in your session and with Valve's Steam services. Parita Games operates no game server and receives no copy of it.

The game includes in-game voice chat between players in the same session. Voice is transmitted live to those players and is not recorded, stored or processed by Parita Games. You can disable your microphone from the in-game settings or from your operating system at any time.

Your progress and settings are stored locally on your own device, and through Steam Cloud if you have it enabled for the game. Steam Cloud is provided by Valve and is covered by Valve's privacy policy. You can remove this data at any time by uninstalling the game and clearing its Steam Cloud storage.

paritagames.com is a static site that asks you for nothing. It runs no advertising or social tracking pixels, and the only measurement on it is Google Analytics 4.

Analytics cookies. Google Analytics sets a small number of cookies (the `_ga` family) so that repeat visits from the same browser are counted once rather than twice. What we look at is aggregate: page views, which pages are read, roughly which country and which kind of device. We do not use it for advertising, we run no remarketing audiences and there is no profiling. A notice about this appears on your first visit and stays until you dismiss it, and dismissing it is remembered in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie we read.

Opting out.You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, use private browsing, or install Google's official Analytics opt-out add-on. Any browser sending a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal is honoured by your browser blocking the request. Nothing on this site breaks when analytics is blocked.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request data such as your IP address, browser user agent and requested URL in order to deliver the page and protect the service from abuse. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads.

If you email us, we keep that message and your address for as long as we need it to answer you.

• Vercel Inc. for website hosting.
• Google LLC for the web fonts used on this site and for Google Analytics 4, which measures site traffic. Google acts as our processor for the analytics data and is covered by its own privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data and we share it with nobody else.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on two grounds. Reading your Steam identity and exchanging session data is necessary to perform the contract you enter when you buy and play the game, because without it there is no multiplayer. Keeping the website online and protected from abuse rests on our legitimate interest in running a working service.

Website analytics rests on your consent where consent is required and otherwise on our legitimate interest in knowing whether anyone reads the pages we write. You can withdraw it at any time by blocking the cookies as described above. There is no profiling and no automated decision making that produces legal effects.

We hold no player database, so there is nothing on our side to retain from gameplay. Session data exists only while the session is running. Save data lives on your device and in Steam Cloud until you delete it. Emails you send us are kept for as long as the conversation is useful and are deleted when it is not. Vercel's standard request logs are retained on their normal schedule. Google Analytics keeps user-level records for up to 14 months and the aggregate reports beyond that.

The site is served over HTTPS only, with HSTS and a restrictive set of security headers. Because we store no player accounts and no payment information, there is no such database to breach on our side. Purchases are handled entirely by Valve.

Parita Teknoloji ve Elektronik Ticaret Limited Şirketi is established in Türkiye, and the services we use are operated from the United States and the European Union. When you play or visit the site, data is processed in those regions under the safeguards those providers publish, including the standard contractual clauses where they apply.

Hubble Bubble is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Steam account eligibility is governed by Valve.

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to it. This applies under the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, and under KVKK (Law No. 6698) in Türkiye.

Because we run no game servers and hold no player accounts, in practice the data tied to you sits with Valve and on your own device. To exercise a right against us, write to hello@paritagames.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If the game or the site starts doing something this policy does not cover, we update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes are also announced on the game's Steam page.
